Why does the power cord of your needle detector burn and short-circuit?

2019-12-16

Occasionally, we will encounter customers who purchase the power cord of the needle detector from us. It is strange to urinate. Why do they need to buy the power cord of the needle detector? After all, the power of this needle detector is not large. It was found that the needle detector that the other party purchased was very cheap. The needle detector was cheaper. All the costs will be considered one by one. The power cord is an accessory that is easy to consider the price.

When the needle detector is in use, if it does not move often and the voltage is stable, it may not lead to a short circuit or wire break phenomenon. On the contrary, it is easy to cause a short circuit break phenomenon, which may cause breakdown and cause a fire. Therefore, the purchase of qualified accessories is the focus that qualified brand needle detector manufacturers must consider.

At present, various countries have clear instructions on the specifications of power cords, and there are stricter specifications in our country. If the power cord specifications are not met, then the power cord cannot be allowed to circulate in the market. This prompted the birth of the national standard power cord, so what are the standards for measuring the national standard power cord?

Standard 1: Appearance

The national standard power cord has clear regulations on the appearance and packaging of the wire. The power cord that complies with the national standard must clearly write the product description such as the certification mark, manufacturer, and wire diameter. At present, most of the power cords popular on the market do not meet the appearance requirements, either without manufacturers or without certification marks. Once these external instructions are missing, then it means that it does not belong to the national standard wire.

Standard 2: Mechanical strength

The mechanical strength of the general national standard power cord must be high. Because the scope of the national standard power cord is very wide, some ranges require a relatively high mechanical strength. If it cannot be reached, it cannot be used. In this way, relatively strong mechanical strength must be used to make it more widely used.

Standard 3: Sheath insulation

The insulation performance of the national standard power cord is also relatively high. The insulation of the general sheath is generally greater than 100 MΩ, and the compressive strength must be 1500 V or less.

Standard 4: Wire resistance

Generally, the resistance of the power cord conforming to the national standard is with strict standard wire diameter, conductivity, and resistance. If these three aspects are not satisfied, it means that the power cord cannot be used as a national standard, otherwise it will cause more trouble for users.

Standard 5: High and low temperature resistance

Because the environment in which the power cord is used is different, but they all have the same characteristics, that is, they must have good high and low temperature resistance. Generally, the power cord can be impacted under high temperature 159 degrees, and the low temperature is below minus three or four degrees Celsius without cracking, so that the power cord can meet the national standard.

As long as the five-point standard is met, it means that the power cord is in compliance with the national standard. If you want to buy a needle detector, pay attention to whether the power cord meets the national standard.
