Requirements for conveyor belt: The conveyor belt itself does not have a conductive layer and conductive carbon wire; the structure and material do not interfere with the magnetic field of the gold inspection machine; the non-antistatic conveyor belt can be applied to the gold inspection machine. The conductive wire interferes with the electromagnetic field released by the gold detector. The movement of the conveyor belt will cause a slight interference, which can be adjusted, but it will affect the sensitivity.
Containing a conductive layer in the conveyor belt equals the overall conveyor belt to have obvious interference on the magnetic field of the gold inspection machine, not suitable for alloy inspection machines; belts with high antistatic cloth layers are not suitable for use, and the bravery of the longitudinal conductive carbon wire cloth layer affects sensitivity ; Synthetic plastic film group belt (the content is pure, without any impurities) can be used.
