Basic principles of operation of active checkweigher:
1. The tested product enters the active checkweigher from one end of the assembly line, and is transported to the weighing section through the speed matching section;
2. During the movement of the tested product in the weighing section, the sensor of the weighing machine deforms under the action of gravity, causing its impedance to change, outputting an analog signal, and outputting it to the weighing module mode through the expansion circuit. Digital converter, and quickly converted into digital signals, and passed to the processor of the weighing module;
3. The weighing module processor expands and recognizes the component signal. If the product component exceeds the preset upper and lower limit values ​​of the component, the processor will output a removal command to the removal device on the removal segment. Then remove the non-conforming product from the removal section.
