Online weighing machine belt installation adjustment work:
First, the installation of the conveyor belt:
1. Rotate the adjusting nut to minimize the distance between the driven shaft and the drive shaft.
2. Check the running direction of the belt and put the belt into the tray in the direction of the thick arrow (Fig. 1).
3. Adjust the adjusting nut on both sides of the tray to make the tension of the belt moderate. Place the belt in the center of the tray.
Second, the adjustment of the conveyor belt
1. Adjust the belt tension to a moderate level and put it on the machine to observe the skin operation.
2. If the belt is in the middle of the tray, it is normal and no adjustment is required.
3. If the belt is to the left, adjust as follows:
The left belt can be “tightened” and needs to be adjusted progressively. Observe while adjusting until the belt returns to the center position. If the adjustment nut is found to be tight, do not force it.
The belt on the right can be “spinned” and needs to be adjusted gradually. Observe while adjusting until the belt returns to the center position.
If it is too large, slowly adjust it and it is difficult to come back. You can quickly loosen the belt on the right. If the belt has been rubbed against the side fence, stop it immediately.
