Note the following regarding the operation:
1. To have a person to operate and manage this equipment, it is necessary to choose an operator with strong sense of responsibility. Once the inspection is missed, the consequences are unimaginable;
2. Operators are prohibited from wearing ties and scarves during operation. Female workers with long hair must fix their long hair in the work cap to prevent it from hanging down; forbidden watches, mobile phones and metal objects;
3. If the object is detected to have foreign objects and the sound and light alarms, the conveyor will automatically stop and return. The operator removes the object and then starts it, but it must be delayed for 5 seconds, and the object to be inspected must not be Put it on the conveyor belt and start again
Second, daily inspection and maintenance
1. Check the running parts such as the spindle for abnormal sounds when no-load;
2. When the no-load occurs, the broken needle indicator flashes, the induction meter shakes and alarms. Please check the upper and lower surfaces of the channel detection part for metal substances, and wipe the water stain with a clean towel and carefully wipe it carefully.
3. Check daily for any dirt or metal powder on the conveyor belt. Persist in cleaning the wet towel carefully and carefully before and after each use. Repeat the detection. From the experience point of view, the needle conveyor belt is the top priority in maintenance.
